ENTIRE AGREEMENT: By making payment, its concluded that client has read through and has thereby adhere to this Agreement. This agreement contains the entire understanding between Chocolate Studios and the above-named bride or groom. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties in both verbal and written communication. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all the parties if the parties wish to waive or alter one provision of this agreement that does not mean that any other provision is also waived.

COPYRIGHT:

1. Chocolate Studios has exclusive rights to all photos and videos shot for the ceremonies.
2. Full payment for services rendered determines the release of the video and photographs of the ceremonies to the client. Upon full payment, images on pendrive, google drive and prints become the property of the client for their personal use and for the purpose of reproduction of photos and videos for distribution to relatives and friends. Images and videos may be used on personal websites. An acknowledgment to Chocolate Studios is requested and appreciated.

ADDITIONAL TIME:

1. Should the ceremony start late due to any reason whatsoever, Chocolate Studios will not be held liable for any photographs or videos not taken.
2. If there is a need for an additional time, chocolate studio charges an extra fee for overtime.

EDITORIAL POLICY:

1. Chocolate Studios provides two types of photos; edited photos and retouched photos. Edited images simply passes through lightroom or captureone for color correction and grading. Retouched images go an extra mile to correct skin tones and remove blemishes .The client, however, can request more retouched photos and also for digital manipulation of photos (changing parts of a photo to certain special requests) upon subsequent agreement with the team. • Raw files (unedited photos) will not be given out to clients unless discussed.

PAPARAZZI WEDDING GUESTS:

1. Guests may have digital cameras or mobile phones and will want to film or take pictures of the Clients. In the spirit of cheerful cooperation, the Clients agree to give Chocolate Studios precedence over the guests in order to shoot and film the required content for the wedding services described above. Chocolate Studios is limited by the guidelines of the ceremony official or the reception site management. Negotiations with the officials for moderation of guidelines are the client’s responsibility. Chocolate Studios will offer technical recommendations only. We will do our best to accommodate any request within reasonable terms, and we will also make suggestions and provide direction if necessary.
   
2. Chocolate studios should be notified in advance if there will be another photographer or videographer providing same services or working for the client, a vendor or a family member. Failure to notify chocolate studios will either attract a penalty or termination of contract.
3. No other photographer(s) or videographer(s) is allowed to take images or videos of our client.

DELIVERY

1. Retouched Photos - Trailer (short video) - One Week
2. Full video and Pictures - One Month
3. Where a client requests for a photobook, pictures to be used for that must be picked and submitted to Chocolate Studios within 48 hours after delivery. Where a client fails to do so resulting in a delay, Chocolate Studios will not be held liable.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY

1. It is further understood that in the unlikely event, the photographer/videographer is injured or becomes too ill to Photograph the event. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability are limited to the return of all payments received for the event package.
2. No refunds will be made in the case of termination of contract.
3. In situation of lost of files through theft of gadgets, files curruption, unable recovery, chocolate studios is only liable to amount received for payment

PENALTIES

1. If the Client cancels a booking appointment within 48 hours, 10% of the amount paid will be deducted as a penalty
2. If the client cancels after 48 hours 30% of the paid amount will be deducted as a Penalty If the Client Cancels bookings months or a month to the saved date, the date will be opened to other customers. If the date is taken by another client may receive 70% of the Deposit made.
3. If the Client cancels in the month, week, or days before the said date, NO REFUND will be made to the Client. In situations which is rare but possible, that Chocolate Studios for some reason will not be able to render services to the client after Bookings are made, full payment will be made to the client and if possible, find the client a mediate alternative Photographer to handle the work suitably.
4. Every Item mentioned in the package will be made available for the client after receiving the final payment
